Recipe of the Week-Patron Submitted
Magic-Sauce Hamburgers
I purchased a bottle of Magic-Sauce™ this weekend
at the Smithtown fair. I am so happy that I did!
I made my husband hamburgers and incorporated the
sauce into the chop meat. I saw that you take
recipes and thought I could share this with all of
your patrons. Oh, John loves the sauce on mash
potatoes too. Thanks for the tips on Sunday.
Here is my recipe.- Kathy
Take lb of chop meat
4oz of Magic Sauce
Mix it in with Black Pepper
Make into three burgers
Grill to medium rare
serve with sliced red onion
Top with Magic Sauce
Enjoy!

    WOW!!! I had this sauce at a party on Saturday and I feel like a kid again with a crush on a girl. All I have been thinking about is this sauce. I am going to pick up some of this sauce this week and I can’t wait to try it on everything. My first choice is going to be on scallops.
