Things have been moving in the right direction since last I blogged.
We went to the National Buffalo Wing Festival in Buffalo NY and we came away with second place for Amateur Best Creative Sauce. It was an exciting day and we met a lot of people (there were 78,000) and made some new friends. This coming Labor Day (September 5th and 6th) we plan to go back and win in a couple of catagories. More on that when we have the information. We are also going to have booth there and showcase our new sauces. So make plans to come up to the festival and check us out!!!
We are going to do a Magic-Sauce tasting this coming Sunday, January 25, 2009 at Meat farms in Farmingdale. We are going to do Grilled Chicken and Pan-Seared string beans. We expect a large turn-out so get there early to shop and taste.
