It was a hot and muggy day at the Smithtown Fair. We had anticipated a large turn-out but the weather had other plans. The temperature was in the 100’s in the shade and the sweat was running like a river.
The masses that did show went home with a new flavor to cherish, Magic-Sauce !!! We served Magic-Sauce with chicken nuggets (Magic-Nuggets) and everyone enjoyed them.
We had fun with the people we met and made some real good friends. We enjoyed the experience and will be sure to do it again. Thank you to the residents of Smithtown it was an experience we will remember for a long long time.
