Happy New Year

Things have been moving in the right direction since last I blogged.

We went to the National Buffalo Wing Festival in Buffalo NY and we came away with second place for Amateur Best Creative Sauce. It was an exciting day and we met a lot of people (there were 78,000) and made some new friends. This coming Labor Day (September 5th and 6th) we plan to go back and win in a couple of catagories. More on that when we have the information. We are also going to have booth there and showcase our new sauces. So make plans to come up to the festival and check us out!!!

We are going to do a Magic-Sauce tasting this coming Sunday, January 25, 2009 at Meat farms in Farmingdale. We are going to do Grilled Chicken and Pan-Seared string beans. We expect a large turn-out so get there early to shop and taste.

Uncle Guissepies 8-9-08

Magic-Sauce has found a new friend with Uncle Guiseppe’s in Smithtown. The patrons that frequent the store came and left with a new gourmet finishing sauce, Magic-Sauce! We served grilled flank steak and seared asparagus and everyone loved it. Suggestions were made by a repeat client to top your burger and chicken breast with Magic Sauce, Go for it!  We recieved many compliments on the food but many more on Magic-Sauce.

A new record sale for a sampling product at Uncle Guiseppe’s has been set by Magic Sauce, and Uncle Guiseppe’s owner Tom has asked us to do another tasting at all three of his stores (Smithtown, Port Washington, East Meadow) on 8-30-08. Also we are returning to the Smithtown store on Sunday 8-24-08 to do it again, so if you are in the neighborhood please stop by and see us and check out this great store. It has all the things you need for your up coming Labor Day BBQ.

Sayville Fair 8-1, 8-2, 8-3

Well we did it again, another great showing for Magic-Sauce. We went, we saw, we sold. The residents of Sayville are the best, they gave Magic-Sauce a try and they loved it! We met a lot of nice people, and made a ton of new friends. We also saw the Magic-Sauce groupies. Thanks for saying Hello.

The fair itself was amazing. The promoters of the event should be proud of what they did. I haven”t seen so many smiling faces and happy people in one place in a long time. The vendors were diverse . There were pickle people, craft enthusiasts , children’s authors, dress makers, jewelry designers, Hot Rod owners and foods of every description ( lobster, and turkey legs) and of course Magic-Sauce! We had a positive response and we sold a tremendous amount of Sauce, so thank you Sayville for your continued support.

Next on the Magic-Sauce tour is “Uncle Giuseppe’s Market Place” in Smithtown (8-9-08), so please stop by and say hello. Then we are off to the Polish Town Fair in Riverhead (8-16, 8-17), for their annual fair. Come by and try our product, I can guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Riverhead Jazz Fest 7/19, 7/20

It was a great time at the Jazz festival in Riverhead. The weekend was hot ( temp was in the high 90’s, seems it’s like that for all of our outings) and the music was great. To bad there were other events happing the same weekend, but we did have a great time.

Thanks to Kelly (the sno-cone vendor) for all of her help and also a great thanks to the people of Riverhead for coming out in the heat to support the Jazz Fest as well as us! We sold a great many “Magic-Wings” and the response was up-lifting, and the kids liked our “Magic-Nuggets” and we did sell a lot.

All in all we had a great time and enjoyed meeting the people that came by our booth. Also we look forward to seeing them again. To our patrons that bought Magic-Sauce, thank you and remember you can always order more online. We would love to hear from you, so if you purchased our “ultimate condiment” (remember it goes on anything) we want to find out what you think. Kings Park Street Fair 6/14/08

Hello Kings Park !!!!

We had a great day in Kings Park. The weather was great and the turn-out was even greater!! Many of the local residents came out to enjoy the day and a taste of Magic-Sauce. Also a lot of return visitors from the Smithtown fair. (Thanks for stopping by and telling us how much you like Magic-Sauce!!!!)

We got many great comments and sold many more bottles of Magic-Sauce. It is a great addition to any cupboard or pantry. (The blend of ingredients marries well with any dish). The crowd was very enthusiastic about our “Magic-Nuggets”, and kept coming back for more! Everyone asked for suggestions on how to use Magic-Sauce. The sky is the limit on what you can do with it. Add it to any of your summer salads, or grilling recipes to get that clean and great taste. Also please comment back with anything that you have done with Magic-Sauce.

We can’t wait for the next fair to come, and hope you can be there. Just stop by the booth and give a hollar, we look forward to seeing you again!

Smithtown Fair 6/09/08

It was a hot and muggy day at the Smithtown Fair. We had anticipated a large turn-out but the weather had other plans. The temperature was in the 100’s in the shade and the sweat was running like a river.

The masses that did show went home with a new flavor to cherish, Magic-Sauce !!! We served Magic-Sauce with chicken nuggets (Magic-Nuggets) and everyone enjoyed them.

We had fun with the people we met and made some real good friends. We enjoyed the experience and will be sure to do it again. Thank you to the residents of Smithtown it was an experience we will remember for a long long time.
